Hadeeth Booklet
Participants of all levels are required to choose Hadeeth only from the booklet provided. You can find the Hadeeth text, translation, summary and recording in our resources page!
Evaluation Criteria
Our evaluations are conducted by a panel of highly experienced judges to ensure fairness and accuracy, based on the following criteria:
Correct memorization of the Arabic text of the Hadeeths including the Harakat (Vowels). Memorization of its translation only will not be accepted.
Memorization of the commentary and summary of the hadeeth in either languages: Arabic or English.
Bonus points: memorization of the Sanad (sahabah) and Rawis (narrators) are not required but will count as bonus points.

Sanad: عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه قَالَ
Rawi: Narrated by Bukhari & Muslim

- All Participants must meet the registration criteria (Rules and Guidelines).

Examination:
- Participants are required to memorize Hadeeths, summaries, and commentaries from the booklet provided above.

The number of Hadeeths required to memorize depends on the level:
- Level 1: 5 out of 10 Hadeeths
- Level 2: 7 out of 14 Hadeeths
- Level 3: 8 out of 16 Hadeeths
- Participants cannot read from any book or paper during the examination.
- Examinations are subject to Examination and Results Guidelines (Rules and Guidelines).

Can I memorize any Hadeeths I want?
No. Participants can choose Hadeeths only from the booklet provided above.

How many Hadeeths do I have to memorize?
The number of Hadeeths required to memorize depends on the level:
- Level 1: 5 out of 10 Hadeeths
- Level 2: 7 out of 14 Hadeeths
- Level 3: 8 out of 16 Hadeeths
Can I memorize the Hadeeths in english?
No. Participants are required to memorize the Arabic text of the Hadeeths. The commentary and summary section can be done in english.
Do I have to recite the Hadeeth word for word?
Yes. Participants are required to recite the Arabic text of the Hadeeth word for word.
Do I have to recite the summary word for word?
No. Participants can understand the summary and explain it to the judges. In this case, participants need to ensure that they capture all of the topics that the Hadeeth mentions to avoid losing marks.

How is the Hadeeth level evaluated?
Registrants will be evaluated on memorization of the Arabic text and commentary and summary of the Hadeeths in either languages.
